The Company markets its products under the ZuniDigital and ZuniConnect™ brand names and is available in North America and Asia. ZuniDigital, Inc. is a privately held company with headquarters in Monrovia, California.
Ms. Criley is a director and General Counsel of ZuniDigital, Inc., an electronic design and manufacturing company creating innovative technology products. She brings to the company immense experience and guidance in areas of Employment Law and labor relations. Her role is to implement our strategic vision, which calls for us to address the long-term needs of our business units while also stressing operational efficiency. She is focused on bringing talented people to ZuniDigital as we expand. Prior to joining ZuniDigital, Ms. Criley held a variety of positions at Sony Pictures Entertainment from 1997 through 2009, including Senior Labor Counsel, Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources and Executive Vice President of Corporate Administration. She managed a staff of approximately 100 focusing on a variety of strategic corporate initiatives, including leading efforts to contain costs and trim overhead, while achieving budgeted profit goals. Suzanne graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in History, and obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Mark A. Engler
Mr. Engler is a founding shareholder President of ZuniDigital, Inc., an electronic design and manufacturing company creating innovative technology products. He is leading the drive to bring energy efficient products to the network industry. From concept, through design, manufacture, and logistics, Mr. Engler focuses ZuniDigital on bringing innovative and cost efficient products to the market. From 1998 through 2008, Mr. Engler was the Chief Operating Officer of Broadband Products Inc, a supplier of many innovative products for the broadband marketplace. During his tenure he helped drive revenue growth averaging 35% annually, while focused on cost controls and profit performance. Mark obtained a Bachelors degree in History, with honors from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Southern California. He serves as a Director on the Board of JJS Corporation, a Taiwan based manufacturer of equipment for use in the broadband marketplace. He is also a Board Member of the Boy Scouts of America and is a member of the Board of Directors of the charity Echelon GranFondo.
Mr. Hu is Vice President of the Advanced Technology Development Group, an organization providing strategic technology planning, system architecture design, and centralized technical services to all of ZuniDigital’s business groups. He is a founding shareholder of the company and has been the driving force behind the innovative products being designed and built by the company Mr. Hu co-founded Billionton Systems in 1998, a publicly traded Taiwanese electronic design and manufacturing firm, and developed sales within the US.Â During his tenure with Billionton Systems, Mr. Hu oversaw development of many innovative projects for industrial heavyweights such as GE, Linksys/Cisco and Philips.Â Mr. Hu also the driving force behind the founding of Penbex Systems, Inc., a Taiwan based operation system and application design firm for mobile devices. Mr. Hu obtained his bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University in Mechanical Engineering in 1991.
Charles’ extensive career ranges across corporate consulting, international banking and venture capital in the US and the various China markets. He has been involved in numerous strategic evaluation and development projects in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan and has participated in merger transactions, private placements, and numerous public offerings in the US. Charles has also held the position of Managing Director of China Development Industrial Bank, U.S. Venture Capital Operations and has served on the board of directors for several companies; including WaveSplitter, Brightware, Garuda Network, Bridge Bank. Prior to which, he held senior management positions as an international banker in New York, Hong Kong and Taiwan. More recently, Charles has worked with the Madison Company in China addressing sales force effectiveness issues within the medical industry. Being fluent in the key Chinese dialects and English, his 30+ years senior management experience in international banking and venture capital, combined with his sales consulting activities with Madison provides Charles a unique insight and impact into all Chinese markets from a general management as well as from a sales prospective. Mr. Lau holds a B.A. from Queens College in New York.
